Unlike reinforced concrete structures, you spend less energy and get more warmth and coolness.
Since the wooden structure traps the heat in hot climates, it maintains the temperature needed to cool us off for a longer time. In countries with cold climates such as Finland, Canada and Sweden, 95% of the buildings are made of wood. So, the belief that it is cold in winter is completely wrong.
10. What is the Most Appropriate Heating System?

Oak-tree; Working on this tree, which is very durable and ages very slowly, is quite difficult and requires very good mastery. Oak log houses are very supportive.
Spruce Tree; There is no limit to the amount of resin in spruce, which has a light, soft texture. For this reason, it is mostly used in dry climate regions.
26. Can Mold, Worms, Fungi and Insects Occur?
We use kiln dried laminated timber in our buildings. It is the sap inside the wood that causes all these problems and the decay of the wood, and the only way to get this sap out is through heat treatment. Such problems do not occur with kiln-dried wood.
